• When will my order ship?

-Orders ship on average in one week. Larger orders or orders with more complex products may take the full two-week wait time to ship.

• When WILL my order arrive?

-Once shipped, you should have received an email with the tracking number. For Domestic orders shipped via USPS, the average shipping time is 3-5 Business Days.

• CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

-At this time, adding items to an order is not possible. If you would like to remove an item, a corresponding refund may be applied.

• CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

-Since many items are “Made To Order,” some cancellations are not possible.

-The sooner you request a cancellation, the higher the chance that a refund minus the 10% cancellation fee can be applied.
